I conduct social compliance audits against international standards (SA8000, BSCI, SMETA) and local labor law, covering everything from wages and working hours to health & safety and worker rights. But what sets me apart is my role as a local law expert within the audit team. International auditors often flag issues without fully understanding how Albanian and Kosovar legislation applies — I bridge that gap, helping audit teams interpret findings accurately, avoid misclassifications, and make recommendations that are legally grounded and locally realistic.
